Solvent Based Profile Wrapping Adhesive
323P is an EVA-based, granular, low-viscosity and strong adhesive used for coating MDF and wooden profiles with resin-impregnated paper, PP, natural wood materials. It has very good surface wetting properties. It creates a perfect surface for adhesion by penetrating all over the profiles. Yellowish transparent color.

Laminate, PVC, PP etc. of MDF and wooden profiles. Used for coating with coating materials.
Ideal for automatic profile wrapping machines. Care should be taken to ensure that the material to be adhered is free from all kinds of oil, dirt and dust and that the humidity is between 8-10%.
The ideal application temperature is 170°C – 190°C. Before starting the bonding process, it must be ensured that all the glue in the glue reservoir has melted.
Keep the temperature in the roller and glue tank under constant control, in case of interruption, reduce the temperature of the tank to 30 – 40°C to preserve the properties of the adhesive.
Before applying the glue, make sure that the panels are at least 16°C.
