Sponge Adhesive
It is a one-component, general use, solvent-based, elastomer-based adhesive. The most important feature is that it is fireproof and it is used extensively as flooring and mattress adhesive. It is suitable for application with a gun. Thanks to its fluidity, it can be applied with glue guns with a 1.5 -1.8 mm gun tip. It is sprayed directly on the surface to be applied, the surfaces to be joined are brought together and the bonding process is performed.

Usage Areas
Laminate, PVC, PP etc. of MDF and wooden profiles. Used for coating with coating materials.
Ideal for automatic profile wrapping machines. Care should be taken to ensure that the material to be adhered is free from all kinds of oil, dirt and dust and that the humidity is between 8-10%.
The ideal application temperature is 170°C – 190°C. Before starting the bonding process, it must be ensured that all the glue in the glue reservoir has melted.
Keep the temperature in the roller and glue tank under constant control, in case of interruption, reduce the temperature of the tank to 30 – 40°C to preserve the properties of the adhesive.
Before applying the glue, make sure that the panels are at least 16°C.
